Toni Kroos and Karim Benzema scored for the hosts in the first half. In the second half Radamel Falcao scored for Rayo, but Madrid kept their lead and finished the game with the three points. Some players remain absent in Real Madrid’s squad. Mariano Diaz, Gareth Bale, Rodrygo, Fede Valverde and Dani Ceballos remain injured. They won’t be ready to face Granada on Sunday.
